Ingredients:

1 bottle i heart Shiraz

60g demerara sugar

1 cinnamon stick

Grated nutmeg

1 orange halved

1 dried bay leaf

2 star anise
Recipe:

Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan, and pour over the wine.

Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved (add sugar to taste)

Strain into heatproof glasses
