I heart Wines Random Acts of Wineness 2024 Competitions Ts and Cs

Entries can be made via Instagram and or Facebook only.

Entry is limited to one entry per platform, per person. Repeat entries or spam comments will not be counted.

Entrants must follow @iheartwines on Instagram and Facebook for their entry to be counted.

Competitions are open to UK residents only.

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Entries will close on the dates stated on individual posts on the official I heart wines’ Instagram and or Facebook accounts

Winners will be randomly selected by the I heart wines Brand Team unless competition specifies alternative method of winner selection.

The competition is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.

There is no charge to enter this competition nor is there any requirement to purchase a related product, however, internet access is required.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, phone, tablet or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

The winner will be contacted by direct message and will have 48hrs to respond in order to redeem their prize.

Prize will be fulfilled by I heart wines within 30 days of claiming, unless otherwise specified in communications direct with the winner.

No cash alternative is available for non-monetary based prizes.

The winner’s contact details will be shared with I heart wines solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

Details provided will not be used by I heart wines or any third parties for marketing materials, campaigns or database usage.

By participating in this competition, the participant consents to the use of their name in publicity in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.

I heart wines promotes responsible drinking. Drinkaware recommend women and men should not regularly drink more than 14 units per week.

I heart wines reserves the right to amend/change/cancel the competition at any time. Any changes will be posted either within the competition information/website/media or within these terms and conditions.

February:

• One Headline Prize Winner to win: 4x Personalised Prosecco, 1x Mixed case of Prosecco and Prosecco Rose , 1x Mixed case of Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Rosé, Ristorante Pizza vouchers totalling £15, Ristorante Cutting Board, Ristorante Pizza Wheel
• One 1st Runner up Prize Winner to win: 4x Personalised Prosecco, 1x Mixed case of Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Rosé
• One 2nd Runner up Prize Winner to win: 1x Mixed case of Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Rosé

April:

• One Headline Prize Winner to win the experience for themselves and 3 friends: Transport paid for by I heart wines, Hotel Gift voucher, shopping centre vouchers, goodies from Mecca Bingo, 3x bottles of I heart Prosecco and 3x bottles of I heart Prosecco Rosé
• Headline prize elements do not all need to be claimed and booked at the same time
• I heart wines will cover the group travel cost up to the value of £500 via BACs transfer, the hotel voucher is valued at £500 and will be received via email, shopping centre vouchers are valued at £1000
• Mecca Bingo prize will cover the winner and 3 friends for a VIP experience at Mecca Bingo Oldham. This will include: free main game bingo, meal each and complementary drinks to the value of £200 per person. Prize to be redeemed on a night of Headline Winner’s choosing, this will need to be booked in with the Mecca Bingo Oldham Team in advance.
