Terms and Conditions for August: I heart Wines Random Acts of Wineness Competition

Entries can be made via Instagram only

Entry is limited to one entry per platform, per person. Repeat entries or spam comments will not be counted

Entrants must follow @iheartwines on Instagram and Facebook for their entry to be counted

Competitions are open to mainland UK residents only

Entrants must be 25 years or older

Entries will close on the dates stated on individual posts on I heart Wines’ Instagram and Facebook

Winners will be selected by the I heart Wines Brand Team

Images will be owned by I heart to be shared across UK social media and digital advertising, and Global Markets’ social media

All 3 attendees of the Photoshoot experience must sign full Model Release forms, giving full release of images

Specification to entry:

Winner and nominees must have a public Instagram profile, and be prepared to take part in a Get Ready With Me style photoshoot

All 3 attendees of the Photoshoot experience must be: 25 or over, be happy to be photographed, able to travel to Bristol for a 9am start on the 5th October and have all day availability

Prize is as follows:

1 Winner will win the Photoshoot experience with 2 friends, compromising of: photoshoot starting at 9am on 5th October 2023, two night stay in Bristol, travel, hair and makeup, wardrobe, I heart goodies

Photoshoot attendees will get to keep the wardrobe worn on the shoot day

The competition is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw

There is no charge to enter this competition nor is there any requirement to purchase a related product, however, internet access is required

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, phone, tablet or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries

The winner will be contacted by direct message and will have 48hrs to respond in order to redeem their prize

Prize will be fulfilled on the 5th October 2023 at the Photoshoot

No cash alternative is available for non-monetary based prizes

The winner’s contact details will be shared with I heart Wines solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prize

Details provided will not be used by I heart Wines or any third parties for marketing materials, campaigns or database usage

By participating in this competition, the participant consents to the use of their name in publicity in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies

I heart Wines promotes responsible drinking. Drinkaware recommend women and men should not regularly drink more than 14 units per week

I heart Wines reserves the right to amend/change/cancel the competition at any time. Any changes will be posted either within the competition information/website/media or within these terms and conditions
